The Art of making Pizza

Fare la pizza è un mix di capacità culinarie e doti artistiche. Ho seguito Lele dietro le quinte della sua pizzeria Quadrì per vedere come realizza la sua famosa pizza. Così come Giotto con il cerchio, Lele mi ha mostrato la sua arte preparando la Margherita, che nella sua semplicità racchiude davvero la perfezione di questa arte, ed è pure rotonda uguale!

Making pizza is a mix of culinary and artistic skills. I followed Lele on the backstage of his Pizzeria Quadrì to see how he makes his famous pizza. Just like Giotto with the circle, Lele showed me his art by preparing “Pizza Margherita”, which in its simplicity truly embodies the perfection of this art, and is also round the same!
